Depression is an illness that can affect every part of you.

- your feelings

Below is a list of the most common symptoms. If you have 5 of these symptoms and they last longer than a few weeks, you may need to do something that helps right now.

- I'm useless  - Aches & pains 
- Nothing ever goes right  - Problems sleeping 
- Life isn't worth living  - Eat more or less

What you do: 
- Sad  - Cry 
- Tired  - Stay in 
- Worried  - Alcohol and/or drugs 
- Guilty  - Forget things 
- Angry  - Hurt yourself
